Job Description

1. Professionally and effectively employs sales skills to achieve targeted sales.
2. Increase the level of sales and business mix from individual customer
3. Maintain an accurate and current database
4. Identify and develop sources of potential customers
5. Effectively communicate with customers to gain commitment to purchase
6. Maintain regular contact with Key Customers
7. Develop and maintain relationships which benefit both customer
8. Overcome customer resistance/objections to products
9. Advise Managing Director and Sales and Marketing Director of customer feedback/comments relating to product content and pricing as well as company performance
10. Provide a weekly schedule of planned activities
11. Achieve sales activities within specified time scales as directed by Managing Director and Group Sales and Marketing Director
12. Targeted tele-sales campaigns to achieve sales
13. Be able to match appropriate products to customers’ requirements.
14. Be able to demonstrate a full knowledge of all services, relevant selling points and benefits
15. Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of competitor service, be able to highlight their disadvantages and promote relevant benefits
